A one-stop development complex will make its way soon in the country.

An opening ceremony of the property’s management office and exclusive preview of the prototype took place at Star City Mega Mall office in Batu Bersurat,Jalan Pengkalan Gadong yesterday with the ribbon-cutting officiated by CEO of Star City Mega Mall Lam Chit Sang and Partner of Star City Mega Mall Haji Zainal Abidin bin Haji Mohd Daud.
Lam Chit Sang explained that the backbone of their astoundingly high-end complex is the diligent mindsets of their concept builders and practical professionals responsible in structuring it bottom up.
He added that the mall will be the new landmark that will act as a beacon within the Sultanate by providing exciting modern assets of entertainment,family,leisure and social experiences.
“This project aims to stand out and cultivate the new customer culture in Brunei Darussalam by showcasing its potential strength in a number of aspects.We will be collaborating with Wayne International Group of Hotels for all hotel aspects,the exclusive furnished apartments catered for different demographics and profiles,multi-functional exhibition centre and all-round shopping complex,featuring acclaimed fashion brands,duty-free shops,and restaurants that assemble a special shopping experience.”
The facade of this complex shows modern touch yet the mega mall amplifies the cultural and ethnic elements as well,to sustain the Bruneian experience by incorporating an architectural design that is timeless to appeal to the high demographics of the young but also several,generations in the decades to come.

CEO of Wayne Group of Hotels Thomson Zhou said the group takes pride in presenting the start of the collaboration project with Star City Mega Mall,which is invested by Ong Project Management Company.
The group,he added,has successfully proliferated into an international hotel brand involving financial operations of hotel securities market,hotel consulting services,hotel overall entrusted management services,hotel brand acquisition,hotel brand authorization,hotel upstream and downstream business development.
Prior to the ribbon-cutting to mark the launch,a signing of Memorandum of Understanding between CEO of Star City Mega Mall and CEO of Wayne Group of Hotel was held.
Yesterday’s highlight was the revealing of the Star City Mega Mall’s prototype,which also featured a Takaful Brunei booth.
